I have not received my ticket?
The most common reason why you don not received your ticket is that the email including your ticket have been placed in your spam folder.

Please, check your spam folder. If you have not received e-mail with the ticket from us within 30 minuts and you dont find the e-mail in your spam folder, then contact Volek’s customer service for furthure help.

You can always download your ticket from “my account“.
